Your learning records

Academy uses your existing verified InsourceAI account. We save your chosen certificate name, course enrolments, completed lessons, final assessment attempts, capstone submissions and reviewer feedback to provide learning and completion records.

Only authorised Academy reviewers can review submissions. Do not include confidential customer information, real BOMs, credentials or unnecessary personal information in a capstone.

Certificates are private by default. Enabling public verification makes your certificate name, course, issue date and current status visible to anyone holding the link. You can disable sharing from the certificate page. Disabling sharing cannot recall copies others have already saved.

Records are retained while your account is active to support progress and credential integrity. Deleting your InsourceAI account deletes learning progress, attempts and capstones, removes your name from certificates and withdraws verification. Minimal audit records and an anonymous withdrawn credential record remain for integrity and security purposes.
